Gruppo GM was born from direct experience in business consulting and the observation of a structural limitation: companies are forced to manage dozens of separate consultants — legal, tax, marketing, IT — who work independently, often without knowing what the others are doing.
The idea is simple: a single integrated system where each discipline knows the others' work. The tax consultant knows the marketing strategy; the IT team knows the business objectives.
Today Gruppo GM operates with offices in Rome and Tokyo, a multidisciplinary team serving SMEs, freelancers and public administrations.
