Gruppo GM was born to solve a concrete problem: companies forced to coordinate too many consultants, often out of sync with each other. We offer six capabilities in one coordinated system, with offices in Rome, Shanghai and Tokyo.
From a real
problem.
Gruppo GM grew out of direct experience in business consulting and the observation of a structural limitation: companies end up managing dozens of separate consultants — environmental, technical, legal, IT — working independently, often unaware of what the others are doing.
The idea is simple: one integrated system where every capability knows what the others are doing. Whoever maintains the management system knows which tenders we are preparing; whoever collects the environmental data knows which funding it will have to support.
Today Gruppo GM operates from its Rome office, its representative office in Shanghai and its Tokyo office: a multidisciplinary team serving companies, consortia, cooperatives and public administrations, as well as Chinese companies working with Europe.
