Many of the problems companies bring us are not problems of technical competence: they are problems of organisation. Documents nobody can find, expired permits surfacing once an inspection has started, data scattered across personal spreadsheets, procedures that live in one person's head. While things go well it holds; when you have to prove something to an authority, an auditor or a tender commission, it does not.
This area puts the foundations in order. We do not start from a tool to install, but from how work actually flows through the company: who does what, with which information, in how long, with which controls. Only then do we decide what is worth digitalizing — because digitalizing a broken process simply makes it faster at producing errors.
