Funding and incentives

Investments someone
else helps pay for.

We find genuinely accessible grants and incentives, build the project and the application, and manage the whole process through to final reporting. Without wasting time on opportunities that cannot be won.

The problem with subsidised finance is not a lack of opportunities: it is that there are too many, and almost all of them are unsuitable. Every week regional, national and European calls appear with different requirements, timings and spending rules. Companies end up applying to whatever they happen to hear about, often too late or without the requirements.

We work the other way round: we start from the investments the company actually plans — vehicles, plant, certifications, software, hiring, foreign markets — and look for the instrument that can support them. If there is none, we say so. When there is, we build a project that survives assessment and, above all, the subsequent reporting.

The activities in detail

01

Targeted opportunity scouting

We continuously monitor grants and incentives at regional, national and European level and filter them against your company profile: size, activity code, territory, type of expenditure, entry requirements. You receive a short list of relevant opportunities, not a bulletin to read.

02

Eligibility and value assessment

Before committing resources we check subjective and objective requirements, eligibility of costs, cumulation limits with other aid and subsequent obligations — asset retention, employment levels, use constraints. A grant that forces unsustainable choices is not a good grant.

03

Project design and business plan

We write the project against the call's scoring grid: objectives, innovation content, environmental and employment impact, schedule, spending plan. Where required, we develop the business plan with financial projections consistent with the accounts and with the proposed investment.

04

Submission and application management

We handle completion on the e-government platforms, attachment collection, digital signatures and compliance with submission windows — which for some instruments close within minutes. We then follow the assessment, answering requests for clarification and integration.

05

Reporting and audits

This is the stage where grants already awarded get lost. From the outset we set up expense traceability, correct document headers and evidence retention, then prepare interim and final reporting, supporting the company through any audit.

06

Coordination with the other areas

Many of the investments we handle come from our other areas: vehicles promised in a tender bid, a certification to obtain, an impact reduction plan, a platform for foreign markets. Looking for funding in parallel with the design, rather than afterwards, changes the odds of getting it.

The service deliverables

  • Periodic report of opportunities filtered to your profile
  • Eligibility analysis with constraints and subsequent obligations
  • Technical-economic project and business plan
  • Complete application submitted on the awarding body's platform
  • Management of clarifications during assessment
  • Interim and final reporting with audit support

When this service makes the difference

Companies with a planned investment

Vehicles, plant, software, certifications or hiring: before signing an order it is worth checking whether an instrument covers part of it.

Companies facing new regulation

Environmental and digital upgrades are among the most heavily supported: a legal obligation can become a partly funded investment.

Companies that have won a tender

Improvements promised in a bid have to be bought. Finding the right incentive makes what you offered to win affordable.

Questions about this area?

Usually the fee is mixed: a fixed portion for building the project and the application, and a success-linked portion. The fixed part exists because the design work is real even when the ranking does not reward it; the success fee aligns our interest with yours. The proportions are agreed before we start.

It depends on the instrument: some automatic incentives close within weeks, ranked calls take months across assessment, award and first payment, and disbursement is often tied to the progress of actual spending. We make the timeline clear in the initial assessment, because it affects the financial plan of the investment.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no: each instrument sets its own cumulation rules and aid intensity limits. We always check before submitting, because irregular cumulation surfaces during audits and leads to revocation of the grant with repayment and interest.
