Sustainability that
opens markets.

We measure impacts, build the reporting and put in order the documentation that proves your environmental compliance. Not to fill a report, but because tenders, clients and funding now depend on those documents.

Sustainability has stopped being an image choice: it has become an access requirement. Public tender documents award points for environmental criteria, industrial clients ask for supply-chain data, banks and grant schemes assess the impact of investments. Companies that cannot answer with verifiable numbers are left out, regardless of the quality of what they make.

Our work always starts from the company's real data — consumption, materials, waste, suppliers, transport — and turns it into defensible indicators. From there we build what is needed: a sustainability report, an environmental product declaration, a technical compliance file, or a procedure that turns a waste stream into a reusable by-product.

The activities in detail

01

Impact analysis and data collection

We map energy consumption, raw materials, packaging, waste, logistics and the supply chain. Together we define which data already exists, which has to be reconstructed and which needs measuring from now on, with a collection method your staff can maintain without doubling the administrative workload.

02

ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures

We build the sustainability report on the relevant European standards: scope, environmental, social and governance indicators, targets and comparison with previous years. The document is written to be read by those who assess it — clients, contracting authorities, lenders — not to be filed away.

03

Product environmental footprint

We analyse the product life cycle, from raw material to end of life, and quantify impacts across the relevant categories. This is the basis for environmental product declarations and for environmental claims that must withstand third-party verification.

04

Circular economy and waste streams

We identify waste streams that can qualify as by-products rather than waste, and write the operating procedures, acceptance criteria and records needed to support that qualification under inspection. The result is twofold: lower disposal costs and a genuinely reduced environmental impact.

05

Compliance with European regulation

We translate EU obligations — packaging and packaging waste, ecodesign and durability, substances and materials, carbon border mechanisms — into a list of actions with deadlines and owners. Where required, we prepare declarations of conformity and technical files to keep available for the authorities.

06

Environmental communication without greenwashing

Every environmental claim a company makes must be demonstrable. We review existing claims, remove the indefensible ones and rebuild the message on what the data actually supports: the only way to avoid challenges and to stay credible with European buyers.

The service deliverables

  • Environmental impact inventory with traced data and sources
  • ESG report or sustainability statement ready for publication
  • Life-cycle study and environmental product declaration
  • By-product qualification procedures and related records
  • Compliance roadmap with deadlines and responsibilities
  • Declarations of conformity and technical file

When this service makes the difference

Companies bidding for public contracts

Minimum environmental criteria carry scoring weight and are often a condition of entry. Having data ready means never scrambling at a tender deadline.

Suppliers to large clients

Companies subject to reporting ask the whole supply chain for environmental data. Those who cannot answer get replaced by a supplier who can.

Exporters and would-be exporters

Environmental compliance is the real customs post of the European market: packaging, substances, durability and carbon footprint decide whether a product can be sold.

Questions about this area?

A first reporting cycle typically takes two to four months: the long part is not the writing but collecting and validating the data, especially when it involves external suppliers. From the second year onwards timings halve, because the collection system is already in place.

Often not directly, but indirectly yes. Small companies are reached by regulation through their clients: those obliged to report ask suppliers for data, and those bidding for public contracts must demonstrate it. Arriving prepared is a commercial advantage before it is an obligation.

Certification attests that a management system conforming to a standard exists; environmental consulting measures and documents the actual impacts. They are complementary and often done together: the management system provides the structure, the environmental data provides the content.
