Complementary to every area Complementary service

The technology that
proves the work.

We do not sell software as a standalone project. We build the tools live consulting projects need: tracking deadlines, collecting data, keeping documentation in order, opening a channel in a new market.

This area exists for a precise reason: almost everything we do in the other six has to be proven with data and documents, and at some point manual handling stops holding. Tender deadlines on spreadsheets, environmental data collected by email, procedure versions multiplying across shared folders: these are the points where good work gets lost to a tooling problem.

That is why software development stays complementary. It steps in inside a project, sized to that project's objective, and stops once the problem is solved. We apply efficiency principles — lightweight code, elastic infrastructure, minimal front-ends — with a double effect: lower running costs and a reduced environmental footprint, consistent with what we ask of our clients.

The activities in detail

01

Deadline trackers and tender archives

Tools that keep open procedures, interim deadlines, expiring qualifications and bidding paperwork under control. The value is not aesthetic: it is not losing a tender because an attestation expired three days before submission, or a declaration sat in someone else's inbox.

02

Environmental data collection and dashboards

Systems to gather consumption, materials, waste and supply data from different sources, check consistency and present them as readable indicators. Reporting stops being an extraordinary annual project and becomes a continuous read, available whenever a client or a commission asks.

03

Document management for certified systems

Archives where procedures, instructions, records and revisions are tracked with date, author and approval status. At audit, the difference between a calm verification and a difficult day almost always lies in being able to produce the right document in the right version.

04

Platforms and channels for foreign markets

Multilingual websites, portals and e-commerce built on a single foundation and adapted per country, integrated with payments, logistics and company systems. Adding a market becomes a configuration, not a new project from scratch.

05

Custom automations and integrations

Links between systems already in use, automation of recurring sends and checks, reminders and consistency verification. These are small, targeted interventions that often give back more time than a new platform, at a fraction of the cost.

06

Efficiency and sustainable software

We design for low consumption: light pages, minimal processing, infrastructure that scales up when needed and down when not. It is a technical choice that lowers running costs and reduces the system's environmental footprint — the same logic we apply to our clients' processes.

The service deliverables

  • Needs analysis and sizing of the tool
  • Working application or platform, loaded with real data
  • Integrations with the company systems already in use
  • Dashboards and reporting ready for audits and verifications
  • User training and usage documentation
  • Maintenance, updates and monitoring

When this service makes the difference

Companies managing many tenders

Past a certain number of parallel procedures, manual deadline control becomes the main risk.

Companies that must report data

If environmental data comes from several sites and suppliers, collecting it by hand once a year is unsustainable.

Companies opening a foreign market

The digital channel is often the first point of contact: it has to speak the market's language and work with its payment tools.

Questions about this area?

The service is designed as complementary to consulting projects, and that is where it delivers most, because we understand the problem the tool has to solve. We do consider standalone requests, provided the objective is clear and bounded: we do not build generic platforms looking for a use.

Yes. What we develop under contract stays with the client, along with the technical documentation needed for someone else to maintain it. We do not build artificial dependencies: if one day you want to take the work elsewhere, that has to be possible.

It varies a lot with scope, but the logic is constant: we start from the smallest result that solves the problem and release it early, then assess whether to extend. It is the opposite of the monolithic project delivered after a year, which is also the most common way to spend a lot and use little.
